This chapel dating back to the 12-13th centuries was rescued in 1973 stone by stone from the massive Mequineza reservoir in which it was drowned in 1955.

It has been rebuilt on a hilltop with a spectacular view in the outskirts of Caspe (take the Tarragona road).
It is part Romanesque and part gothic. You can arrange with the local tourist office to visit the restored interior. A sign on the door says it costs one euro!
