The Netherlands Photomuseum is a national museum with an impressive collection of over 5 million images. In addition to exhibitions by popular photographers, the museum is revealing new names to visitors from its collection, which is an important part of the visual heritage of the Netherlands.
Every year the museum organizes more than 10 exhibitions on various topics, presenting international and Dutch, historical and contemporary photographs. Since its founding in 2003, the museum has shown to the public the work of photographers such as Nan Goldin, Lewis Hine, Alfredo Jaar and Viviane Sassen.

How to get there
By walk: the walk from the central station will take 15 minutes.
From the central station, you can take trams: No. 20 (in the direction of Lombardijen) / No. 23 (in the direction of Beverwaard) / No. 25 (in the direction of Carnisselande) to the Wilhelminaplein stop.
By metro: take the metro to the Wilhelminaplein stop (lines D, E).
