Rezekne Green Synagogue is the oldest wooden building in the city (1845) and the only one of 11 synagogues that has survived up to the present time.

#Churches
In 2016, the Green Synagogue was carefully reconstructed and now offers everyone to explore its unique setting. The premises of the synagogue also host cultural and educational events – the Museum Night, exhibitions, seminars, demonstrations of documentary films, lectures, meetings, concerts.
Visitors and tourists are invited to see:
- the digital photography exhibition about the history of the Jewish community of Rezekne;
- the collection of sacred Jewish objects – ecba, tallit, tfillin, Torah scrolls, prayer books of the 19th century;
- the documentary about Rezekne’s Jews;
- a small library of spiritual literature on Jewish history and traditions.
