Brno Technical Museum

Exhibits of the Technical Museum of the city Brno located on four floors of a modern building and in an open area in front of it. You can see a lot of exciting things: a dental office of the early 20th century and workshops of artisans from different eras with completely recreated furnishings, vacuum-tube computers and the first computers, vintage cars, aeroplanes and trams from other times, railway cars and real locomotives, steam and water engines.
There are no audio guides in Russian at the Technical Museum, and all descriptions made in Czech only. Nevertheless, it is worth a visit, not only for those who are fond of technology.
A peculiar attraction of the technical museum is the Experimentarium, where visitors have the opportunity to conduct all kinds of experiments.

The museum operates throughout the year according to the following schedule:
Monday is a day off;
Tuesday - Friday - from 09:00 to 17:00;
Saturday and Sunday - from 10:00 to 18:00.
The cost of admission to the Technical Museum with a visit to all expositions (including the exhibition "Panorama"):
for adults - 130 CZK;
for benefits (for children over six years old and pensioners over 60 years old) - 70 kroons;
family ticket (2 adults and 1-3 children aged 6-15) - 320 CZK;
children under six years old are admitted free.
If you wish, you can watch only one historical stereo exhibition, "Panorama". A full admission ticket costs 30 CZK, with a discount - 15 CZK.
